Almost all of the polls that have appeared on the BBQ Forum are polls that have been suggested to me by other people.  I sometimes change that suggested poll a bit but they are very close to the suggested poll. 

This poll was my idea and what prompted it was me laughing at myself one day when I opened the refrigerator and realized how may bottles of sauce I had in it.  Now I need to add on fact to this admission.  I am not the kind of person that leaves things in the refrigerator way too long.  I am admittedly a bit crazy when it comes to food safety.  When I first put a bottle of anything in the refrigerator I write the date I opened it on the bottle.  I throw opened bottles of stuff away long before I should, much to the amazement of my wife.  However, I had to laugh at myself when I realized I had seven bottles of sauce in there one day.  So I wanted to see if I really way out of the normal range. 

So I found out that I am abnormal in this sauce thing.  But it was comforting to find out that there were a lot of other people that have way too many bottles of sauce in the refrigerator.  This poll was criticized somewhere on the forum because somebody thought it was a bit frivolous when there were so many other important things that we could have been gathering polling information on.  But this poll was important to me.

There was a short thread on the BBQ Forum about all of this.
