This was the first poll in the new series of polls on the BBQ Forum.  I had looked at all the suggestions and decided on this one to start things rolling.  I had no idea what the results would be.  As the numbers built up, I had my own idea of what would they would represent. 

To me, it was a real surprise, because these numbers seemed to indicate, that people were going to these contest to just have a good time and relax with their friends and family.  I thought that more people were into contest for the business and money.  But this poll didn't indicate that. 

So I was real curious when I saw the thread that developed because of this poll.
